Orders placed before 2pm GMT on working days will be dispatched the same day. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
Returns
We offer free returns on all UK orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to return
- Log into your account and select the items you wish to return
- Print your pre-paid return label
- Package your items securely in their original packaging
- Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail collection point
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd prefer.
